Accel World Name: Acid Hook
Personality: Lincoln is shy, and doesn't talk much. He can get upset easily, and is emotionally vulnerable, so insults hurt a lot. He cries very easily. He is very intelligent, and is good at making deductions. When he becomes his avatar, he is more confident and talkative.
History: Lincoln was born in Australia. His father was Australian, and his mother was Japanese. He had a fairly normal life, he was mildly popular in school, and his grades were good. But when he was 10, his parents started fighting, and when he was 11, they divorced. Lincoln was devastated, and he had to choose which parent he would live with. He eventually chose his mother.
His mother left the country and went to Japan, talking Lincoln with her. They started living with Lincolns aunt, who was married and had 3 children of her own. Lincolns three cousins were all girls, and they played Virtual Reality games with him. He became really good at virtual reality games, but he also became slightly shy and awkward, really only talking to his cousins. He didn't like getting close to people, because of what had happened with his parents.
Lincoln began to be insulted at school, with a lot of fellow students making fun of him. He often escaped into virtual reality, and cried often. The only people who were openly kind to him were his cousins, who often defended him and chased away any bullies. He didn't have any friends at school, so the only people he talked to were his cousins.
When he was 14, he became more depressed. His cousins weren't talking to him as often any more, and it seemed as if they were excluding him. One day his cousins came up to him and explained about Brain Burst, and that that was they hadn't been talking to him as often anymore. They apologized and explained that the oldest of them had gotten the program from her boyfriend, and she gave it to the middle cousin, who gave it to the younger one.
The youngest cousin gave the program to Lincoln, and explained about what would happen. That night he dreamed that he saw his parents back together again, but they were ripped apart. He reached out to them, but they were drifting apart, and away from him. "No! Stay with me! I want everything to be like before!" He yelled out to them. Everything went dark, and then he heard a faint voice. "Is that your wish?"
Appearance: Lincoln has orange hair and freckles. He is very tall, and of average build. His most common attire when not in school uniform is blue denim jeans, a red t-shirt, and a black jacket, with white sneakers.
Accel World Appearance:
Guardian: All of Lincoln's cousins in a sense, but specifically the youngest one.
Name of Killer Move: Chain Hook Dance.
Effect: The Chain Hook that hangs from his body is launched at the opponent and multiplied. Once these multiple chain hooks are launched at the opponent, coming in at several angles in an attempt to ensnare the target. The opponents speed and dexterity stats decrease by 400 points for thirty seconds. This move uses 70% of the Killer Move Gauge and has a range of 1.5 metres.
Description: While this move is being used, the chains take on a green glow.
Weaknesses: The chains can be dodged and blocked by a fast duel avatar.
Name of Ability: Chain Hook Armor.
Effect: The chain on Acid Hook's body wraps around him several times, to increase his defense stat by 400 points for 40 seconds.
Description: While this ability is active, the chain take on a green glow.
Weaknesses: A piercing weapon can get through the armor, and deactivate it.
Starter EA:
Name: Chain Hook Launcher.
Description: A Rectangular prism shaped black cannon that fits onto Acid Hook's arm. It has a hook sticking out the end that can be used for climbing and such.
Ability: The Chain Hook Launcher launches hooks with chains on them towards whatever target is aimed at, but only shoots one at a time. The chains are still connected to the Launcher, and have a maximum length of 2.5 meters.

Your moves need more details, if you'd like some example on what to do, look at the already approved chars.
Don't mimic the moves though! Many need to be reworked for the current system.
