So I have a few NPCs that "survived" the Wipe. Is there an NPC Template that I need to follow to re-introduce them? Or is this fine?

Description: A laser sniper that attaches to Carnelian Point's right arm. Can shoot twice per second. Range: 20 kilometers per Rank (F = 0 ... A++ = 220 km, S = 300 km).

I don't care if only GMs have control. The NPCs that I have will make up the majority of my interactions when I decide to start my non-combat RPs.

I'll just post a few characters here for the moment.

Name: Ami Menzakani

Age: 14

Accel World Name: Rose Bloom

Appearance: A slim built rose colored female avatar with light armor, Her classifying features are that her hands are surrounded by a single large rose bloom that almost give it the appearance of a blaster.

Starting EA: Twin Rose Blasters: A pair of flower-like blasters around Ami's hands. Each 'blaster' can shoot rose-colored energy bolts from the pistil of the rose that sticks out like the tip of a gun. However the energy bolts only do 10% of her calculated total damage per shot and she is limited by a power meter that allows her to shoot 100 bolts per hand every 180 seconds if she uses up all her ammo before that set of three minutes is up, she will be unable to shoot. Blasters automatically recharge at the end of each 180 seconds however cut off her hands and she is weaponless but don't expect her to hold still.

Abilities

50% Move: Blooming Blasters

Description: Rose's hands "bloom" revealing four more pistils around her main one and for the next 180 seconds and give her access to charged shots of rose colored orbs (does 20% of her calculated total damage) and rapid fire assaults (does 1% of calculated damage per bolt) However her meter drain quicker (4 bolts per charge shot,) (2 bolts per rapidly fired shot)  

Weakness: Cut off her hands and she loses the ability to use her weapons and her 50% move

Accel World Name: Navy Rhino

Appearance: A large built and dark blue armored avatar who's face looks like a Rhinoceros (namely a white rhinoceros) He does not wield any weapons or other armaments.
His main moves includes his fists, feet, and head using punches, kicks and headbutts to deal damage and he can also body slam someone


Abilities:

Killer Move: Super Rhino Ram!

Navy Horn charges up and charges breaking through anything in his path and sending anyone he crashes into flying or knocked aside depending on their mass.

Weaknesses: He can not turn with this move and if he misses the target there is no ability to recover.

50% Move: Transform! Beast Mode!

Navy Rhino transforms into a Navy Blue Rhinoceros. In this form his headbutts and slams get an extreme power boost (+25%) but he loses access to punches and his kicks can turn into stomps. Anyone tagging with him can mount him and ride on him like a vehicle, this form lasts forever but can be cancelled out anytime with the command Normal Mode

Weakness: Limits his moves to Headbutts and Rams and anyone can hear or see him coming as he roars to transform.
