Resetting character stats

The Character Stats section in your profiles will be updated to reflect the new system with the following changes:

-The six stat categories from the old system will be changed to STR / TAC / AGI / KG / ATK / DEF / B&W.

-Burst Point count reset to zero for players without an approved character.

-Levels to be reset to zero for players without an approved character.

Users with approved characters will have their profiles automatically updated with their avatar name, stats, Level 1, and BP count of 100 BP.

There's a lot of users to handle...though atm, I believe I've changed enough options such that one can edit everything except their BP count; we'll handle those first.
