Pen and Paper RPG?

I'm new around here, but it seems you guys have a pretty good character setup system for battles.

That's great, because I've been thinking about making a pen and paper RPG centered around Accel World.  I've never actually run any sort of game like this before, so it might go over better if one of you were to run it...but failing that, I can always give it a shot.

As it is, there's no set-in-stone system for this game yet; that's why I was so interested in seeing how things were run here.  But I'm currently formulating the most basic of storylines and I'm hoping to get a game set up soon.

I kind of felt bad about posting this because it seems like it might be misconstrued as advertising...but there's no website or anything, it's just something we could all get together and do over Skype or something, if anyone feels up to it.

Anyone interested?

I'm interested, it looks cool. I'd like to have more details on how you'll want to proceed though. It could also turn out a nice way to do RP while waiting for a post. Consider me in!

Some members have made interesting suggestions to the way this game should/could be handled!

It could be set in the effective sequel to Brain Burst, Cosmo Corrupt; the setting and game rules would be completely different, and the game's story and goals would need to be written from scratch.

Or we could continue to set the game in Brain Burst (the Accelerated World we know and love).  If that's the case, then the game could be run using a very basic system, primarily guided by dice-rolling, logic, and roleplay...or it could be run using a more robust game system...or something in between.  I'm currently leaning towards Brain Burst as a setting, but I'd like everyone's input on this.

v0.11 changes: Made armor and speed matter a bit more, added Precision Hit modifier as well.
v.0.2: Added Body Type and Body weight sections to character creation to give a few more customization options.

That said it worked otherwise fine, and the battle flow felt pretty fluid to me.
