The Wards and Badassery

Allright, here's my idea for the RP proper.
When we get all things done, we let the players choose their initial ward. Then as well we'll publish a list of the most dangerous wards and who are the most dangerous and/or deranged fuckers around. Not for the sake of scaring peeps away or to show off, simply to let people know where they can go if they want to plunge straight into the danger zone or befriend someone the only way you can in shounen: with your fists.
I don't mean to judge other play styles, but especially in these 'sandbox' style RPs is where players should be the most daring. Black Lotus, Sky Raker, Ardor Maiden didn't become what they are now by just sitting on their asses all day long and waiting for BP and Enhanced Armaments to fall on their laps. If they don't want their characters to fight, they might as well unplug their neurolinkers or uninstall Brain Burst. I don't say this out of spite, but mostly because an adventure where nothing that threatens the players exists sounds like the most boring thing ever.
I already have the aforementioned list for the Normal Dueling field, and I might start with map soon-ish. Exams are slowing me down like the pain in the ass they are, but a hobby's a hobby. And I've found my love for preparing settings made with the intent to become high octane fuel freakouts where regardless of victory or defeat, the only result possible is badassery and a good time for all involved.

Agreed.
Sandbox RPs are fun in the sense that they don't limit the player's imagination, but you can't claim with certainty that giving the players a goal is any less boring.
And I claim the Nakano Ward

Essentially, they're the divisions of the part where the largest amount of population, and thus of Burst Linkers, is gathered. Now you know what are they talking about when they say Suginami or Shinjuku.
