Personality: Kiyo is an ordinary school boy whose bored with the uneventful life he lives. Calm and coolheaded and doesn't back out of any fights. He usually has not a care in the world. Likes to ditch classes a lot. Usually on the roof. Will seem cold at first, but is really kind and warming, you just gotta get him to open up.

History: Kiyo's life had always been dull and boring, both his parents always worked so he was always home alone. He had to take care of himself at a young age of 7 and was always independent. He taught himself hacking and computer logic in his time alone. When he was 15 both his parents died in a plane crash and ever since he lived alone. He lived with his closest and childhood friend, Saki. He transfered to her school and became well known as The Slacker. While daydreaming one day, he dreamt of a bright blue-black figure clad in armor and wielding a bayonet and before anything else happened, he snapped out of his dream. One afternoon as he and Saki were walking home together, she asked him if he really thought his life as dull and boring, he responded with a nod. As soon as they got home Saki immediately told him to start a direct wired connection, having no idea why, he did as he was told. A program by the name of BRAIN BURST appeared on his screen. Saki explained all the benefits and downsides of the program. He decided he'd install it and from there his life changed forever. Saki went over the basics of Accel World with him and soon he got used to accelerating.

Equipment Description: a gunblade capable of both solid and beam rounds, can be used as a melee weapon at close range, is stored on the hip

Killer Move: Execution Saber

Effect: High power slash attack that hits straight forward. Damage depends on opponents armor
Heavy: 30% Medium:35% Light:40%

Description: throws gunblade up high and weapon splits shooting out a huge beam that materializes into a blade that is then grabbed and slashed down forward

Weaknesses: easy to dodge, beam forming can be disrupted.


Special Move: Meteor Shower

Duration:20 seconds

Effect: medium 360 degree circle in midair in front of user that when shot through every shot is multiplied by 3 and becomes a beam round. Example: 1 shot = 3 2 shots=6 etc

Description: a blue circle with a star inside appears that when shot through causes more shots to come out.

Weakness: limited to 14 shots= 42 shots, opponent could shoot through it also, disappears after shot through 14 times total

As I was reading I was incredibly confused to your Killer Move (100%KG) and your Special Move (50% KG). It took a while to understand what exactly they do but even more than that, where's your equipment that the moves are based off of?

Yes that picture you posted showing your avatar had what appears to be a weapon but basing it off solely the descriptions of your moves there's nothing remotely resembling a gun or a bayonet attached to it. One or more pictures supplementing your Avatar would help or a short description of what you expect everyone to see.

Numbers-wise you'll need to wait for an actual Mod/Admin to talk to you about that. I've got my own questions but I think I'll leave it to them for balancing issues.

Revised yet again. Now that I think about it a gunblade does sound a whole lot cooler than a bayonet.
