Explanation:  The wish to cut through the barriers of lies that surround and choke him gave birth to the blade, Truth Seeker, a rather exotic-looking blade that symbolizes his wish to get past the barriers that hold both him and others apart and further symbolized in it's active ability.

-Description: Causes the entirety of the sword (as well as the open circle area to be shielded by said thing) to be covered in white glowiness of shinyness, actual pierce effect doesn't affect the owner of the blade but anything that comes into contact with the white glowiness will be 'pierced' through...this can go on the conceptual level since specifics will be asked at a later point.
-Effect: Cuts through anything that isn't on the same level as it, that being a weapon's activated ability or a activated ability by itself...well I guess this means in the sense of a defensive ability though because offense vs offense I sorta think this wins out unless it has the same attribute of attack? (well considering properties here as well). It 'pierces' through all things and stuff, Shrike-style. Y'know something that stacks up in terms of potential and such? No restriction on when this can be activated par well, having KG.
-Weakness: Needs to hit yo. Spoke with Plat and seemed appropriate from what I got from this.

-Cost: 30%
-Description + Effect:
Spin the blade in a (vary degrees of speed) circular motion, for every turn spinning the rank of the Crescent Slash increases by 1 rank (as well as DEX) however for even 1 rank of this to occur, 1 turn to spinning the blade is necessary. To attack before this, the boost will only be half a rank to both DEX and STR. Crescent Slash itself would be a slash in some sense in front of Seeker.
-Weakness: The requirement to spin can lead him to be vulnerable and unable to attack back.
