Standard, really; be polite and respectful. You're free to pen down your thoughts and all, but keep it presentable; typing all-caps, oversized and colourful font, all that is generally frowned upon.
Naturally, what won't be tolerated is vulgar language and personal attacks. If you do have an axe to grind, PM a moderator or the admin, and we'll look into the matter.
As for Announcements, referring to both threads tagged with [Announcement] and those bearing Takumu's logo, they'll be moved to the sub-forum Older Announcements after a month of their posting.
