Conversion of stats from Enhanced Armaments

Alright, I admit I more or less completely forgot about this...

Enhanced Armaments awarded from the previous Events were formatted under the older system using DIR, AMR, SPL, SpDef and all that. Now I'm going to convert them to terms of the new system.

I can't remember who has what, so post the EAs you have and I'll reply you with the converted stats.

I'll start off with the one I do remember: The Liberator, a tower shield capable of granting +30 to AMR or DIR each turn.

Conversion: +2 to Melee or Endurance.

I have the Resolve EA (From the Christmas Event), I believe it was the effect of +50 to STR or Speed for the Cost of 5% of my HP.
And Lightning Boots, that I managed to snag upon retiring Lightning Gadget for good xD (even if he let me), as for this Bonus, I think Grinding on Rails was one, and a +30 or +50 Boost in Speed?? I need look it up.
