Chaos Reaper vs Lightning Gadget

As Ankoku would whisper to himself Burst Link, the world turned Blue, and would notice the world take on an Inferno-like environment.

Immediately, Ankoku would change into his Duel Avatar: Chaos Reaper, look up at the HUD Screen and see the Names on the Screen: Lightning Gadget, and even the Compass wasn't present.

Time to score some points, Chaos Reaper would think to himself, as he immediately turned around towards Lightning Gadget and said with an Icily Calm voice: "Chaos Breaker."

A Midnight-Black Aura would envelop his Dual-Edged Scythe as he said this, and swung his Scythe in a 180 Degree Angle (Straight Sideways Slash) and launch an Energy Wave at Lightning Gadget, since it really is 5 meters away from his opponent, speeding at 25 mph, there is a very high chance that Gadget will suffer a Giant Direct Attack from Chaos Reaper right from the Get-go. 

"About me revealing my Avatar's name to you, I just like looking for opponents, and whoever figures it out, I already know they're a Burst Linker.....like us, if they aren't, it's just two words that they'll never figure out." Chaos Reaper would say this after he launches his Energy Wave towards Lightning Gadget and jump back a good 10 Meters.

The fight had barely started and Lightning Gadget barely turned to face where his opponent had left in real life only to see a sonic boom of a scythe slash come right at him. He had no time to dodge but instead focused his mind to resist the pain so that he could counter. If it was one thing Gadget knew how to do. It's counter

Gadget took the hit enduring the pain and the 50 damage of HP loss. (HP: 50 KG: 50)

"Lightning Boots!" He called out as his boots were quickly equipped and he ran towards his opponent "Double Taser!" (KG: 0) he called out as he charged electricity in his hands and held them out to fire fast moving darts connected to wires from his fingertips. The two hit combo move would easily overwhelm weak armored avatars like himself and Chaos Reaper.

"Ohh, you're a lightning range user, interesting." Chaos Reaper would say as the Lighting Tasers were rushing towards him, looking at the direction of the tasers, Chaos Reaper deducted that one of them would have to be dodged and the other blocked with his Scythe, even it damages him slightly, but it would be enough for him to do what he couldn't do to Eternity Moment, be aggressive towards his opponent.

Let's go.... Chaos Reaper would think to himself as he rushed Gadget dodging one of his Tasers, and blocking one of the Tasers with his Scythe, but was shocked slightly from the taser.

Tch.... Chaos Reaper would think to himself as he took a decent chunk of Damage from the Tasers electric shock (20%), thus increasing his gauge by another 18% (63% in Total). 

"Chaotic Shattering...Final Attack...." Chaos Reaper would say with an Icily Calm Voice towards Lightning Gadget as Chaos Reaper's KG Bar would drop by 35% and launch a straight-forward CQC Spree on him, utilizing every angle he's able to do with his Dual-Edged Scythe, and using the Front and Back Blades on it to attack Lightning Gadget.

If Gadget couldn't dodge this, well, it was simple as a quick match, Chaos Reaper would have won, and potentially found a Tag Partner, or a member for a small team he would eventually make in the near future.

If Gadget did dodge this, essentially he wouldn't escape without scratch, he would get grazed somewhere around his body, the battle would continue and the heat of the Purgatory Stage would start to seep away their HP slowly.

Gadget felt his taser probes hook into things (Reaper's scythe, and the floor near him) but then heard the command for a power attack and he went to pieces literally! "Gadgets as Limbs!"

Gadget threw out his chest as he disconnected his arms and legs and head parts from his main body.  One of his arms and hands reeled itself and attached itself to Chaos Reaper scythe avoiding the edged blades and the other hand zipped to the ground and started spider crawling past. The right leg managed to position itself so it could catch the head and they hopped backwards while the left leg hopped to Reaper's right so that it could attack but the main body well it was the tank of the group and it took the full blow of the attack being sliced into 8 chunks and shattering taking it's maximum HP  of damage (HP: 0/15) which reflected to Gadget's total HP: (HP: 30 KG: 15)

Chaos Reaper's Killer Move didn't get a chance to properly connect to Lightning Gadget, but he id manage to rip apart his Main Body, meaning that he won't be able to put himself back together. Realizing at the same time the Purgatory Stage slowly seeps away HP from both him and his opponent, he could take it easy and wait a good minute to let this end, but at the same time, it'd bother him that he didn't win legitimately.

"I'll be sure to catch you somehow.....Arashi..." Chaos Reaper would say to Lightning Gadget as he enveloped his Scythe in the Midnight Black Aura once again, this time aiming for the other hand that was zipping around.

His main body was destroyed and it took away HP from his Bar......I guess that means his Body Parts count the same way.... Chaos Reaper would think to himself as he then called out the Weapon's Skill with an Icily Calm voice, "Chaos Breaker," and launched the Energy Wave towards the other hand that was getting away from him.

Right when Reaper went to slash using the Chaos Breaker. Gadget's hand and attached arm leaped off the scythe and grabbed Reaper's face like an evil hand trying to rip his face off which would cause Reaper to lose his aim

The left leg came from behind Reaper and kicked at him aiming for the shin to knock his foot from under him.

The targeted hand rolled onto it's back and avoided the energy wave from the scythe, smaller targets were always harder to hit even at close range

Realizing that the hand and other leg had hit him, he technically couldn't do much besides lose his aim, where instead of the arm he aimed for, he unintentionally launched the Energy Wave to his right.

"Get....off of....me dammit...." Chaos Reaper would say somewhat irritated while he was on the floor, pulling off the hand from his face, and distancing himself from the other leg by about 3 meters. Then he thrusts the arm he took off of his face towards the extra leg Gadget left behind, thus colliding them both, and at that moment, he seized the opportunity to get rid of two Body Parts with one Slash.

"Chaos....Breaker." Chaos Reaper would say  as he launched another Energy Wave towards the two Body Parts, essentially destroying both of them in one shot.

That was it, Before Gadget could react two of his limbs were deleted dealing the remaining of his HP down to 0. (HP: 0)

Gadget growled "Baited me into an attack, how low can you go." He muttered as he vanished into bits

Chaos Reaper didn't seem completely satisfied with his victory, it was a quick match, and he did pull off the surprise strike from the get-go, but that's how you gotta play sometimes in a Strategic Fighting game.

"Oi Oi Arashi, trust me, I know how you feel about what I just did. Why don't you try fighting somebody who can stop time and shoot Bullets at you while you're frozen in time?" Ankoku would turn around and say to Arashi as his mind came back to reality.

"Anyways, it was pretty fun, I like facing everyone I can.....it gives me experience in a sense, and to also expect the unexpected...." Ankoku would then say as he sat, taking a small break with his water bottle. 

"That, and your actual dissembling yourself ability is pretty nifty when you have the right timing, if you can work on that, and pull off some crazy sneak attacks with your Taser, you should be just fine." Ankoku further continued saying to Arashi.

Arashi gave him a confused look "what you talking about?" He asked as he rubbed his head. Something seemed to be wrong, Arashi seemed to be lost like someone had just told him something that didn't make any sense.

"Haha, I don't expect you to actually understand what I mean, but I'll give you two more words, you'll probably know what they mean anyway. The way things are on us, stay away from this Avatar, she'd probably kick your ass faster than you can sing the Inspector Gadget Theme Song in acapelo, Eternity Moment." Ankoku would tell Arashi calmly with a little humor involved in it.

"Well, I'll be headin gout to home now, if you ever wanna play Vanguard again and practice, send me an e-mail." Ankoku would say as he shot a sticky note at Arashi's HUD with his e-mail on it, and walked out of the Game Shop.

Arashi just stared blankly at Ankoku and didn't respond. He just shook his head trying to regather his thoughts but something seemed wrong. It was like he couldn't remember various things. He barely remembered the guy that had just left. He had played him in a Vanguard Duel but that's it.

Arashi exhaled "I think I'm going home. I feel terrible."
