+ Appearance Description: Tatsuya, by all means, a normal teenage boy who is just slightly underweight due to a fast metabolism. Often seen wearing what is seen on the image (minus the gloves) and with hair that seems to always been neatly fixed to look the way it always does. Normally is seen outside chilling.


+ Personality: Laidback, very active yet somewhat of a loner. Tatsuya enjoys being out in the open after getting his work done and do some parkour as it is a fun hobby. Compassionate to those who show kindness towards him and loyal to those who have gained his trust. If somebody were to break the trust Tatsuya had in said person, it would become near impossible to regain his trust. Bears deep grudges as well against those who have hurt him in any negative way. Respectful, but will lash out a few insults here and there if anybody tamper's with Tatsuya's patience.

+ Physical Traits: Somewhat naturally fit, Tatsuya appears to have no traits about himself that can worthy of standing out except for the simple birthmark on his cheek shaped like an unfinished star. Tatsuya also seems to have a knack for always being active in terms of either jogging in his normal clothing or simply just walking to a nearby park for a chance to lay down and relax.

+ Accessories: Nothing worth noting.

+ History: Tatsuya for the majority part had lived a very normal life, living with a decent family and whatnot, however, his older brother Tai seemed to view the world in an aspect very different than that of everyone else. Tai seemed to always practice parkour during the early evening and late afternoons when the temperature seemed to just right. Tatsuya would always come outside and watch him practice the fun moves his brother could do, and sometimes laugh whenever he fell down busting his butt time to time. Though Tai seemed to be irritated during those moments they laughed together and always enjoyed each other's company; even to the point where Tatsuya saw his older brother as a role model and really cool when everybody else thought he was just a stuntman. A few years later, an event came across the family and one that seemingly affected Tatsuya indirectly over the course of many years to come.

Tatsuya witnessed his older brother leaving home with a suitcase and a large backpack, the cause seemed to be related to a large dispute over Tai’s recent choices and his parents deemed Tai unworthy to stay within the household. The decision seemed to impact Tatsuya's mindset in a harsh manner and subconsciously forced him to push any memory pertaining to his brother to the abyssal crater in his mind; as Tatsuya's parents forbade him from ever mentioning his brother again and even having items that give memories about Tai in the house were prohibited. Three years after the incident had occurred Tatsuya now thirteen years old began to practice parkour subconsciously in memory of his older brother's absence, and possibly in private retaliation to what the argument seemed to about back then.

His activities became somewhat known and thus caught the attention of a teenage boy just a year older than Tatsuya and asked him if he would like to hang out, of course, Tatsuya accepted. Although skeptical at first Tatsuya gradually opened up to his new friend Satoshi, but had already all but forgotten his brother. Within a few months this young man befriended Tatsuya completely and on his fourteenth birthday offered a cable link in order to give him a birthday present; unsure of this favor Tatsuya's friend said this one comment that made him accept:

Tatsuya, I promise you this: Whatever you once lost, you shall find it anew with this gift.

During that night an abnormal dream occurred: A simple road stretching for miles on end with a shadow-like figure on the horizon of the road. Tatsuya was at the beginning of the road as he saw the figure make a type of hand motion as if he were signaling Tatsuya to come by his side. A tear somehow crept down Tatsuya's face though he did not know the reason why, "Who are you? I want to know!" Tatsuya shouted out.

Promethium Regalia Duel Avatar:

+ Appearance Description: Sleek and lightweight, similar to how Silver Crow himself would be designed, just a little more athletic-looking (and minus the robe from the image as well... it's really weird). When using his AdU Skill: Air Gear, Promethium Regalia's legs, arms, hands and front body become encase in a slightly thicker armor and wheels appear from the bottom of its feet that can become bladed wheels (for easy traveling on almost any terrain except water).

Fire	+3 Damage received from Fire Based Attacks. Fire is what naturally makes a nuclear reactor unstable and potentially destroy itself; it wouldn't be surprising to see fire deal a lot of damage to any nuclear object with relative ease to be honest.
Lightning	+2 Damage received from Lightning Based Attacks. Lightning is the hottest form of fire, but is not as dangerous since it mainly serves to shock. Thus still causing a type of extra heat to cause an unbalance within any nuclear reactor.
Ice	-3 Damage Received from Ice Based Attacks. Ice is essentially the coldest form of water, but it is a solid and in logical sense can actually dent something before melting and evaporating completely.
Corrosion/Poison	No Damage Receieved from Poison Based attacks, or corrosive acids. Acids naturally have no affect on the majority of metals, and Promethium as a Nuclear Metal in theory doesn't suffer from that type of damage due to it's unnatural heat evaporating those types of liquids.
Water	No Damage Received from Water Based Attacks. Due to water being the way of cooling down a nuclear reactor, it serves and shows that water essentially will do no harm.

Abilities and/or Armaments

+ Name: Air Gear

+ Type: Limited Activation

+ Cost: 10% per posting round

+ Description: Simply put, slightly thicker armor envelops the elbows, and knees to give the presence of elbow and knee pads on the persona. Additionally, the Duel Avatar's helmet will change form into something of that resembling a wolf. This skill grants Promethium Regalia a boost to his Strength and Defense by +2. The wheels that appear from underneath the Avatar's feet can be used to speedily move around by subconsciously using a Pressure-Plate type Engine (30% Increase to Speed) and the wheels can become bladed in order to travel on any terrain (barring water-like surfaces) and also to deal painful damage with them.

+ Name: Super Kick

+ Type: Killer Move

+ Cost: 45% of KG Bar

+ Description: Simply put, it's a lame killer move that utilizes half of the posting round to charge up. Damage is dealt by adding the Strength Stat and KM Modifier (5+2+2). After use, Strength gains +1 for one post.

I'd like those percentages changed into flat values. I don't like divisions or multiplications and what not.

Your KM is literally broken. You'd have a 12 Dice of damage on someone with minimal Armor. You can literally one shot anyone with armor 3 or lower ...and a bit of luck.

I'd like a little explanation your metallic resistances, I believe someone had raised concerns about them being actually reverse of what they should be. other than that, looks good.
