+ Description: Gadget can separate his body into various gadgets. These Gadget can act on their own without commands from the head. They take a certain amount of damage and then they are destroyed.

Head => Heli-Head: Gadget's head when detached deploys a small helicopter like assembly from the top and can fly around. It's harmless for the most part but it can be annoying when Gadget makes faces and jokes. However this is also dangerous to him as the head is his main CPU, So naturally the head is going to get out of range very quickly.

Hands => Spider Hands: Gadget's hands can walk on their digits and move around like a spider. They can also leap onto or drop upon opponents and grip them like normal hands. To destroy them you need to deal 20% of Gadget's Remaining HP in damage

Body => Shield Generator:  Gadgets Chest and Torso turns into a shield generator that can generate a dome shaped energy barrier with a one meter radius. The body can also shoot out a magnetic ray to attract gadget pieces and use them. To disable the shield you need to deal 30% of gadgets remaining HP in damage then it is just a matter of another 15% remaining HP to destroy the body

Upper and Lower Arms and Upper Legs => Taser Rods.
Gadgets Arms and Upper Part of his Legs can turn into Taser Rods, a small electric attribute melee weapon that can be fused together to create other weapons.  Two form a longer rod like weapon like a Ninja Boe (a large pole like weapon) and three or more can be connected together to create a throwing weapon that can be charged with Electricity (Triangle for 3, Square for 4, Pentagon for 5, or Hexagon for 6) It takes 10% remaining HP in damage to destroy a single rod, 20% remaining HP in damage to destroy a fused weapon.

Lower legs and Feet => Hoppers
Gadget’s Feet can hop around on their own and stomp or flying kick opponents and other wise do everything a foot can do even when it’s not attached to an upper leg. They can take up to 20% remaining HP of damage each.

Weakness: Pieces Destroyed prevents Gadget from rebuilding fully. Destroying all of them minus the head defeats Gadget. Combat Ability is reduced by 20 and maximum speed is reduced by 2 levels.

Thank you Vixxy, I've gotten two out of the three parts done which without the main battle system is about all I can do for the time being

I'll write up some notes on what abilities I want to work with but from past experiences I know what not to do in terms of gameplay for sure.

You haven't posted your HP, please do so.

For your main ability...

I would prefer if you would put up a percentage of remaining HP instead of a hard number.
The activation cost, I would estimate it at 40% ( This can always change, I'm not the best person to balance things so...
Lastly, your limbs would have the same base damage has unarmed combat aka 10, adding to your bonus in STR giving you a total of damage 15.
I will also add that when your ability is activated, your combat ability will be decreased by 20 to compensate for the fact you have a lot more attacking actions available your limbs also get a minus of 2 to their movement.

Lastly, I want to remind that those are what I currently feel to be balanced, if there are problems reported, those can be changed at any moment.

Apart from this, I approve your sheet. Go break a leg!

HP is now posted

I'll accept the 40% cost in exchange that all limb parts minus the head now take a fraction of my Maximum HP and by destroying all parts minus the head you KO Gadget. (Might even go for a funny KO finish, in which if all body parts are destroyed Gadget's heli-head comes over makes a comment like going back to the drawing board/ or getting junked then shutting down and crashing)

Upon a mod ruling for my main ability, I've modified my battle stats to create a speed mix fighter. I've noted that a lot of my parts fight melee style and by reducing my range prowess and some of my dodge and pushing it toward Melee I can fight with both melee and range. I feel that this balanced style will help me and I'll see how my build develops over time.

The problem i have with the maximum hp part os: Its equivalent to a full hp regen. Also, just pointing out that the percentage can vary from fight to fights as you wont always get hit at the same place, and lets say one of your arms could be badly damaged.

So on my side: It no for maximum hp percentage. I am not closing negocations for balancing the move however.

hmm... my only problem with remaining HP is that 40% gauge seems a lot for reducing himself to pieces can we go with 25% for now and make it a valid choice between using Conduction / Taser or going Gadget Mode because at 40% he would rather use Conduction or Taser instead of Gadget Mode.

Currently how it is, your ability is one of those i'd call among the best around, you trade off your defenses for strength in numbers.

While it may seem underwhelming on paper at first, you obtain the possiility of 4 attacks per round, which is really powerful considering that the more you get attacked per round the less you're able to defend. This means a huge ass ton of damage.

Of course all these perks come with their disadventages, a Area of Effect attack would be a devastating blow since you have less ability to defend yourself. and of course separate limbs are less capable of defending themselves.

To put it into quick numbers, at your fourth attack you literally give your opponent a -70 to their defenses, while you have none of the minuses for multiples attacks, since the system would consider each of your limbs a separate entity.

Do you see my point of why I see your ability as one of the potentially strongest on the offensive side?
